Purchased this July and only used it once in a pool. The strap is removable. The fogging inside cannot be completely removed, so I will ship it as is, but I was able to take pictures with my smartphone inside without any problems. Please check the fogging in image 3. (I was able to take pictures with the inner camera, but the outer camera is difficult.) Since I've only used it once, there are no noticeable stains, but because of the fogging inside, I've marked it as "slightly scratched or stained."
