This is a genuine calligraphy work by Mr. Masando Sasaki, the one-eyed former chief priest of the Yamakage Shinto Kami-Fukuoka Shrine and former Aikido master. He performed the opening sword ceremony at Tokyo Disneyland. This is a handwritten calligraphy work by Mr. Masato Sasaki. Despite losing an eye in an accident in his childhood, he lived with his inherent cheerfulness, and his unique and humorous sermons were famous. As a martial artist, he valued "Ki" (life force), and his brushwork has a strength and serenity, with lines that seem to flow like a technique. I believe it is not just a calligraphy, but a "work imbued with presence." (He passed away in September 2023 at the age of 93)
