I am currently sorting through inherited items. This is a matcha tea bowl, an antique, a tea utensil, and an antique ceramic item from my grandfather's collection, who was a collector of antiques. It has a beautiful white glaze with an emerald glaze applied. It appears to be quite old. A name is engraved on the bottom. It was carefully stored on a shelf in the back of the tea room in the storehouse, so it is likely a very good item. It has a soft, gentle atmosphere, with a white, cloudy glaze applied to a cookie-like unglazed clay, and a gentle emerald-colored glaze flowing as a single point. The colors are gentle and profound, making it a very atmospheric item. Size: 12cm wide, 8cm high, and a well-balanced item. There is no box, but I will carefully pack and ship it. My grandfather was the director of a hospital during his lifetime and owned many works, including paintings and ceramics by Living National Treasures, and he boasted about them, so I think they are all very good items. Neither my grandchild nor my mother are very interested in antiques, and we don't know which works are by whom or what kind of pottery they are. I don't know if the items I'm selling are Imari ware, Kutani ware, Shigaraki ware, or Seto ware. Even if they are wonderful works of art or very expensive items, such as a large number of antiques and works by Living National Treasures, I have no idea of their value.
