This is a toy xylophone. I think it's old. The colors are cute. There is discoloration of the plastic due to aging. The rubber that lifts the xylophone part has deteriorated, and the metal is in contact with the body, making it difficult to produce sound. Removing the rubber and attaching felt, etc., should make it usable.
