The guides are spiral guides. I've used these for two seasons, so there is some unavoidable rust on the guide parts, but there are no problems with use. Please note that only one reel's handle knob has been replaced, and the warranty for the rods and reels has expired. The reel boxes cannot be sent due to shipping costs, but the instruction manuals and user cards are included, so please rest assured. Only one of the included tools for battery replacement is missing, but you can still replace the battery with another tool.
