This is a navy Felissimo dress. I've worn it a few times for weddings, etc. It's knee-length on me, and I'm 163cm tall. The design features a ribbon that hangs on a hanger and ties at the waist. It's a dressy design, but I think it can also be worn for everyday use. Price is negotiable!
