This is a vintage vest with inner padding. I don't know the exact age, but it's in pretty good condition and still wearable. There's a small stain on the right collar. The stain was there when I bought it from the vintage shop. No loose threads. The shape is good, and I think it would look cool on anyone, male or female, if the size fits. It has a classic feel.
