This is a brush case and brushes for tole painting that I used to use. The case is designed so that the brush part can be covered with vinyl. It folds in three for storage. The areas where the names of multiple brushes were written have been erased with a marker. The initials remain. Some of the handles are deteriorated (see photo 6). In my subjective opinion, the fine brushes, flat brushes, etc., the brush parts still seem usable. The case is perfectly usable. Please consider this if you understand that this is a reused item.
