This is a jig for processing Pera tires for Mini 4WD cars. Made of aluminum, it allows for more precise tire processing compared to acrylic ones. Also, the numerical engravings are laser-etched, making them resistant to fading and giving them a high-quality feel. ━━━━━━Product Contents━━━━━━ ・Plate (aluminum, 3mm thick) x 2 ・25mm spacer (PA66) x 4 ・M3 x 10 screws x 8 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Attach it to the wheel with a through-hole, along with 620 bearings, at the desired tire diameter. (Using Tamiya aluminum stoppers from both ends of the shaft to lightly sandwich the bearings will provide more stable processing.) By holding the shaft with your hand-held rotary tool and rotating it while applying a file from above, you can create Pera tires with minimal variation. It has 10 steps with diameters ranging from 23.0mm to 27.5mm, in 0.5mm increments. Made of aluminum and can be disassembled, allowing for cleaning even if it gets dirty. ※Notes※ This is amateur-made, so there may be dirt or minor scratches from the processing.
