I couldn't find any noticeable scratches or stains on the booklet itself, but there is a handwritten name and date, so I'll erase the name. Since it's an old item, there is some age-related deterioration, but it's not something to be concerned about. The outer box has some sun damage, so if you don't need it, I'll send it without the box. It's a dictionary with some quirks, so I think it's interesting to read as well.
