You can potentially install it on other vehicles by checking the bar size and replacing the mounting hooks. There are scratches and dirt from use, but there are no defects. Keys are also included. Delivery is also possible within the 23 wards of Tokyo (some areas require consultation), Saitama (around Kawaguchi and Toda), and Chiba (around Chuo-ku and Mihama-ku in Chiba City, Funabashi City, and Ichikawa City).
