This is a black skirt from SHIPS. I loved it and wore it often. Recently, I had it professionally dyed black, and there are some areas where the fibers have broken and become fluffy. I've included photos of the hem. This is around the entire hem. There are also fine fibers coming out around the waist, and there are creases from sitting.
