The cork portion is still in its original protective plastic wrap. The paint is slightly chipped on the angular part of the reel seat, as shown in the sixth photo, but it's not very noticeable. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about this. Local buyers are welcome to pick up the item in person. Bundling with other items is welcome (and will result in a discount).
