I took it out of the plastic for the first time to take these photos. Height: 30cm from base Base height: 2cm One spot on the tip of the foot is white. (See the last image) Also, due to the age of the soft vinyl (PVC) material, the head feels a bit sticky. I think it's in good condition for a figure that has been around for quite some time, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
