This item is in excellent condition, having been used only a few times indoors. The only missing item is the spacer (a sponge-like material used to adjust the height of the lens in relation to the phone. I never actually used it, so it shouldn't be a problem, but I may have thrown it away when I opened the package...). It allows for beautiful macro shots with iPhones that don't have a macro mode, and with models that do, you can achieve even better results by turning the mode off.
