Courtois, a long-established French brass instrument manufacturer. This is a valuable model from an older era. For Courtois enthusiasts, this is likely a highly sought-after instrument. The finish is silver plate (silver plating). It is a medium-bore or small-bore trombone, and uses a small-shank mouthpiece. Although it is an old instrument, the slide and rotary valve operate smoothly, and there is no sticking in the tuning slides. There is some plating wear and dirt, mainly on the parts that come into contact with the skin, but there are no noticeable dents, and considering its age, it is in relatively good condition. This item does not include a mouthpiece. Please prepare one separately. The case is the GATOR case shown in the photos. There is some dirt, but it is a sturdy construction and there are no problems with use.
