This is one Rilakkuma pass case. Due to an initial defect or design flaw, the Rilakkuma figure on the main body is too heavy, so the reel does not retract automatically when extended. It retracts properly if you return it by hand (see photo 3). Also, there are three large cuts in the card insertion area (see photo 4). I have used this for about a year. I washed it once. Please note that there may be minor scratches due to amateur storage.
