Caran d'Ache NEOPASTEL 24 Color Set Purchased in January of this year at a famous art supply store and stored in a dark place. The shrink wrap has been opened, but this set is completely unused as I obtained another multi-color set before using this one. The tips may look uneven, but that is the intended design. As shown in the photos, the logo on the inner wrapping paper is the new logo for all 24 colors, so I believe the manufacturing date is relatively recent. The box has some minor scuff marks from storage, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details. It will be carefully packaged with air padding and thin cardboard, and will be shipped via Yu-Packet Post. Please refrain from price negotiations.
