This is a Polo University Club jacket from the 80s to 90s. I believe it was a Ralph Lauren brand aimed at universities. It's a valuable "Made in USA" item. The size is equivalent to L-XL, and the color is charcoal gray with a check pattern. There are small moth-eaten holes on the sleeves. Images 7 and 8 show the area near the left sleeve.
