I bought this new, and my child wore it for junior soccer practice. Since getting scuffed and dirty is common in soccer practice, I think a used item is perfectly fine! The elastic at the hem of the pants has deteriorated, but it doesn't affect wearability. There are scuffs on the knees as shown in photo 3. There is a small hole as shown in photo 6.
