I purchased this jacket at FREE'S MART in Shinjuku Lumine Est two years ago and wore it three times. I remember having the cuffs repaired because they were frayed. I'd be happy to sell it to someone who doesn't mind the repair (^-^) It's not visible when worn and there are no problems. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this issue. I've included a photo at the end. I think it's almost unnoticeable. It's a very soft and lightweight jacket.
