Broccoli leaves are rich in β-carotene, vitamin K, and potassium, and also contain a lot of iron‼︎ I will harvest the leaves after you purchase them, so depending on the time, they may be shipped the next day. I plan to pack them full in a box and ship them via Nekopos (a Japanese delivery service). They will be shipped at room temperature. There may be some damage, blemishes, or insect bites.
