This is a Polo Ralph Lauren polo dress. It has a cute design with a frilly hem and lots of embroidery. It's a 9-month size (75cm). I think a one-year-old could wear it too if you put pants underneath. The front is clean with no stains, but the part covering the embroidery on the lining is slightly peeled.
