Purchased at a Seibu department store shop. I loved it so much that I bought it, but I've taken too good care of it and it's never been used. It was quite expensive, so it's a good deal if the size fits. It was about 45,000 yen. Since it's been stored at home, I don't recommend it to those who are concerned about minor details.
