This is a very atmospheric comb-patterned, wave-patterned jar. It gives the impression of a Nanban-style shimeyaki ware, but the details are unknown. Please note that there are many cracks (nyu), and it may have been broken and repaired once, so please use a water-tight container (otoshi) when putting in flowers.
