This was used by my grandfather before. I don't know much about it, but it had a good cutting edge. This is a Takohiki knife, a type of sashimi knife. Please check the size in the images. There is a mark engraved on it, but the kanji is difficult and I couldn't read it. If you know more, please let me know.
