Please check the second image for a comparison between XS and S sizes (*^^*) Size is approximately 8cm x 5cm. These are mini-sized shin guards. My university student son has been using these in official matches since his high school days, and he has had no problems! He says that with these small shin guards, it's easier to play soccer and fatigue is significantly reduced.
