These are work boots made by Regal. I bought them new about 15 years ago, but I only wore them twice because the width didn't fit, and they've been stored in a closet indoors. The size isn't written on the shoes, so I'm not sure of the size, but my foot length is 26.5cm. The width didn't fit, but the length was fine.
