This is a uniform and vest issued to the Japanese track and field team for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Made by Mizuno, the top of the uniform is XO size. The pants are not labeled, but are approximately L size, and the vest is also L. It is an item from a few years ago, but I think it is in relatively good condition.
