This is a replacement part to expand the range of motion of the Okamura Sylphy's armrests (rotates 360°). There may be differences in the internal shape depending on the manufacturing period. Please note that I have only confirmed the operation on my own Sylphy, so I do not guarantee that it will work on all Sylphy models.
