They are wider than they look, and the size feels right for someone who wears 25cm shoes with thin socks. I purchased them 6-7 years ago, and while there is some wear and tear, the soles of the toes and heels show little wear. Also, the rubber on the toes, which is a weak point for La Sportiva, has no cracks yet. There is no original box, so I will wrap them in bubble wrap and ship them in a simple paper bag.
