This is a Buzz Lightyear toy. It says several phrases when you press the buttons. There's a button that makes a shooting sound, but sometimes it doesn't work. As you can see in the photos, it has some scratches, and there's a button that automatically deploys the wings on its back. However, the wing on the left arm doesn't fully extend. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
