I bought this about 7 or 8 years ago. There's some dirt on the illustration of the receiver above the buttons. Other than that, I think it's relatively clean. Please refer to the photos for the condition. When you press the buttons, you can hear sounds like "woof woof" and "Ootan." There's a photo button, but it only makes a shutter sound and doesn't actually take pictures.
