This is a self-made one-character seal of "Tsubomi" (bud) in vermilion. It's a seal for women, used to seal envelopes. It's pressed on the glued flap of the envelope. It's used to signify "like a bud," that the letter is "not yet opened." It's made by carving a stone seal material. The size is approximately 12x12mm for the seal impression, and about 40mm in height.
