The shoelaces have been replaced with new ones. They are elastic rubber type laces. They are soft and lightweight, and I think they are easy to wear, but my son didn't like the black color and didn't wear them much (^◇^;) There is some dirt on the white outsole. Other than that, if you don't mind the peeling of the insole print, I think you can still use them! There is no box.
