Thank you for viewing! This is a craft punch that cuts paper into the shape of a postage stamp. It also embosses the paper. I am selling this as a new, unused item, but I have tested it by punching one sheet of paper to ensure there are no defects. (Two items are for sale, so two photos are included.) It cuts out very cute shapes, and I also love it. However, one thing to note is that you can't see the paper from the back side. Due to the size of the punch, I cannot send the outer plastic container. I will put the punch itself in an OPP bag, wrap it in bubble wrap, and send it via Yu-Packet Plus. Thank you! ୨୧
