I bought this the year before last and wore it several times. There are no noticeable scratches, but the fabric shows signs of wear, so I marked it as "slightly damaged or with stains." The colors in photos 3 and 4 appear brighter due to the close-up shots. The actual colors are closer to those in photos 1 and 2.
