This is a silver 925 ring with a natural lapis lazuli stone, purchased a few years ago at Bijumam in Osaka. The base is hallmarked. The size is free/adjustable. I've only used it a few times and have kept it in storage since. There were some minor scratches originally, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such imperfections.
