New, unused item, but the box is damaged, so it has been opened to check the contents. Since the inner bags haven't been opened, I don't think there are any missing parts, but everything in the photos is included. The previous owner seems to have stored it poorly, as there are stains on the instructions. Also, the stickers to be applied to the blocks have deteriorated, and about half of them are stuck together in bag ②. They might be usable if peeled off carefully, but I will ship them as they are. This item sells for around 25,000 yen new on Amazon. It's a bargain price, so please consider purchasing if you don't mind the minor issues. The box will be wrapped in bubble wrap and waterproofed for shipping. If you don't need the box, I can lower the price a bit, so please comment.
