It doesn't feel like it's been worn much, and it's in a clean condition. It has been stored hanging in a w.i.c (walk-in closet), and it seems to have faded slightly from sun exposure through the window, particularly around the neck and shoulders. The item itself is sturdy. It has been washed with soap and alkali, without fabric softener or synthetic detergents. It seems to have the scent of cedar and cypress from the building materials in my home, but I believe this will dissipate with washing.
