Discs for data use, such as those used on PCs, cannot be played. Also, it may take time to read CPRM-compatible discs. * Data recorded on DVD-R and DVD-RW should be recorded in VR mode and finalized. Discs recorded in other modes will not play. Discs that have not been finalized will also not play. When recording MP3 or JPEG to CD-R or CD-RW, be sure to finalize the disc.
