I only tried this on once over a knit sweater after purchasing it, and then stored it in my closet. I'm now putting it up for sale. It's new with tags, but there might be some loose threads. You should be able to just snip them with scissors. Please understand that this is a budget-friendly brand. When shipping, I will try to make it as compact as possible, so please be aware that there may be some folding wrinkles. I may also reuse packaging materials, such as shopping bags.
