This is a Sanrio Jewelpet ballpoint pen. It's a ballpoint pen where the cap becomes the knock part. (See photo.) It's from quite a while ago, so it's a rare item that's no longer available. - Design: Jewelpet - Charm: Sapphie - Type: Ballpoint pen body Ink remains. It's blue. The tip came off when I twisted it, so if you have a replacement cartridge (you might need to cut it shorter), you can probably use it for a long time. There's peeling if you look closely.
