There are scuffs and scratches as shown in the images, but there are no noticeable damages and I think it can be used without any problems. Reason for the discount: It originally had 6 key hooks, but I don't like it when it gets heavy with lots of keys. I lost some and didn't need the extra ones, so I've been using it with 2 hooks, and it's still like that. Color... Black
