The grip has been re-wrapped, and the original grip underneath is quite dirty. I will include the grip, edge guard, and grip band shown in the first photo. If you wish, I can apply the edge guard and attach the grip band before sending it. He practiced with it every day, so there is a feeling of use, but I think it can still be used.
