This is an Aprica baby carrier. I disposed of the original box, but I have the instruction manual. I bought it because it's designed with Japanese body types in mind, and I liked the red and dot design. It was very easy to use, and I didn't find any inconveniences at all. With use, the rubber that secures the belt has stretched and become loose, and there is a tear of a few millimeters in a part of the mesh fabric, but I think it's still in a condition where you can use it without any problems functionally (see reference photos 13 and 14).
