I prepared it for winter outings, but I never wore it and it no longer fits, so I'm selling it. There are no tags, and I don't know the exact size, but I think it's roughly for ages 2-3. It's made of soft boa material and doesn't feel scratchy. It also functions as a neck warmer, so it's perfect for cold weather. The color is brown, like cafe au lait. The construction?
