I wore this once to a wedding. It's knee-length on me, and I'm 160cm tall. Tying the ribbon in the back should accentuate the waist. (The ribbon will be untied for shipping.) It doesn't have straps, but there are holders to attach them. (See photo 5) It's been dry cleaned, so the tag will be left on. I wore a bolero over it. The bolero has some slight discoloration in the threads, but I can include it if you'd like, so please comment.
