This appears to be a "JNR (Japanese National Railways) Class D50 Steam Locomotive Kit" from Tetsudo Mokeisha (Railway Model Company).
This item has been stored for a long time without being assembled.
It includes brass etched plates, brass turned parts, small screws, a set of wheels, and the original instruction drawings from the time.
Since it is an unopened item, the contents have not been confirmed.
Please note that this item is a "body assembly kit" by Tetsudo Mokeisha, and does not include power unit parts such as a motor, gearbox, or worm gear.
It cannot run as is, and you will need to prepare a separate power unit to make it run.
