Vintage!! Levi's Belt with Metal Button MADE IN ITALY Thank you for viewing. I purchased this at a vintage clothing store in Tokyo 20 years ago. I used it frequently when I bought it, but I haven't used it at all recently. Even with a simple denim outfit, this belt was an item that enhanced the sense of style.
